My partner and I went on a romantic getaway to this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the staff. The breakfast was exquisite, we enjoyed traditional local dishes which were cooked perfectly. The decoration was magnificent, full of vibrant yet calming colors that made our stay even more relaxing. The proximity to the market and local restaurants made exploring the city a breeze. We felt safe and taken care of throughout our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a peaceful retreat.
Although the staff was friendly, the heating system was not functioning adequately, and we felt quite chilly in both the room and the breakfast area. We would have appreciated more comfort, especially during our stay in the colder months. Additionally, the information provided on the website regarding the facilities of the hotel was misleading, as some of the services offered were not available during our stay. our experience was delightful, but we hope the hotel takes note of these small improvements to make the stay even more comfortable for future guests.
